The 1994 release of the Robot Coloring book was a great effort by Norman Annal to document designs of various group projects that were either in the works or completed. This book is pretty rare as there were only a few hundred copies printed. Norman is a CAD graphic artist with a background in mechanical design. Norman also designed the Robot Group Logo. His schematic drawings of our projects have always been of extremely good quality and accuracy. This book is far from being a simple coloring book. Norman put in a considerable amount of time in developing this project to be both an artistic and educational project. It documents 14 group projects with 16 original drawings of such favorites such as Varmint, Bipedal Ornithopter, Flying Sphere, Dolphfan, Mark IV Blimp, Dweebvision and many more. The book was sold at RoboFest 5 and distributed to various schools during outreach visits. Below are some examples of Norman's drawings for the coloring book. Larger jpg formatted images can be obtained by selecting the images below. The larger jpegs average about 75K in file size.
